Color Wheel: Cream + Pumpkin + Yellow Squash + Manila

This morning I flew in from New Jersey and I had such a wonderful time in the Northeast. I was able to stay in a beach town called Mantoloking (try to say that three times fast) and I experienced nearly perfect weather. Friday, I was able to spend the day at the beach, not too hot and the perfect amount of wind. I have never seen such gigantic waves. This picture does the wave absolutely no justice either, I wish I had something else in the shot for size reference.

Saturday, I was fortunate enough to go to the U.S. Open Men’s Semi Finals. It was, in a word, awesome. I was so pumped to be there even though I had never been a tennis fan before the match. The rest of the day was spent visiting a small part of Manhattan many know as Little Italy and China-Town. We had dinner and drinks there and then trekked back to New Jersey that evening. The rest of the weekend was spent on the bay and in the airport.

It was a short trip but I’m feeling rejuvenated and inspired by the visit. Happy Monday!
