For those of you in love with the idea of a frame gallery, one of the best parts is deciding what photos, art and memories you want to display. You may even already have photographs hanging around in your closets and now you’re just trying to decide what art to incorporate! Here’s a couple of quick DIY art projects that are easy to do, easy on the wallet and they still look chic!

Coffee Stains:

You can choose your stain whether it’s tea, coffee, juice or even a water-color. Then trace a simple design for a vintage feel.

Map It:

Pick places in the world that mean something to you. Maybe it’s where you met your sweetheart, or a place you traveled too, or places you hope to visit. Cut them out into shapes and frame them!

Framed keys:

It’s as simple as hanging on to keys from your past homes. Simply mount, label and frame. I think that I’d spray paint each key a bright color like a pretty neon coral or even a stark white. I’m also currently planning on framing an emblem from my first car in a tiny black frame. Honestly you can frame just about anything.

Canvas Art:

This was sent in by a reader not too long ago. To achieve this look, apply painters tape in different patterns to a blank canvas and then roll your choice of paint on top. Before the paint has dried make sure you pull the tape off so you can achieve clean lines!

I’m kinda itching to create some of these, but for now I have some many projects on my plate that I need to hold off. Is there any art that you you’ve recently made using things around your home? Are you participating in the pinterest challenge like me tomorrow? Who else is completely unsurprised by Kim Kardashian? I know I am!
