Fall is almost here! I can feel a shift in the weather (aka no more searing heat), I don’t have to burn holes in my wallet by cranking the A/C down, there is less usage of my Coolerest Sleep Pad, and I finally feel like I can cuddle up with a warm cup of hot coca and a soft throw around a fireplace (check out these electric fireplaces if you live in an apartment or home without a fireplace set-up). I went searching for a couple of throws that I could see myself using this season. The throw I’m currently using are quite old and dingy, no matter how many times I wash it. These throws actually go from lightest to heaviest (completely unintentional I promise) which is funny because I can totally see myself trading throws each month as the year gets colder since in Texas it doesn’t truly cool off for a few more weeks.

1. Crinkled Plain Throw $49.95 @ Anthropologie (lightest, perfect for a fall picnic or a wrap in the living room), 2. Dip Dye Throw $39 @ West Elm (Gah! I am completely obsessed with all things dip dyed! This is still light enough for late fall), and 3. Nirvana Knit Throw $149 @ Bloomingdale’s (nice and heavy for an evening spent indoors in January).

Now that this season is approaching I find myself getting excited for all the fall activities. What are you looking forward to for the fall season? Where do you like to curl up in your home?
