Fixated on angelo:HOME

So how many of you are big HGTV fans like myself? I’m obsessed. This year has afforded me some wonderful opportunities, such as spending time with top designer Angelo Surmelis. He is going to have a beautiful and affordable line of furniture in the angelo:HOME brand. They have that “napa style” look to them and a at great price retailing for $299 or less.

What makes me drool about it though is that it fits my current lifestyle (small, low budget), but I can tell that if I were to somehow begin to upgrade my life I would absolutely be able to carry this furniture over with me to a bigger place. His pieces are all so transitional that I have an easy time envisioning acquiring these collections piece by piece.

By the way I got to sit and watch Angelo direct this whole shoot. Are you jealous? You should be. But if it makes you feel better I did get to put together an interview with him a couple of months before this and you can check it out the interview here.

But by far this next photo is my favorite collection. It literally sits behind my office in our showroom all day long, as it was specifically meant to torture me. I’m so in love with this collection that as soon as it is available for sale I’m going to be first in line. Best part is that I can actually afford this piece! When I was talking to Angelo about this collection he told me that before he began creating this collection he bought a table similar to this collection and paid quadruple the amount that these tables will be priced at.
